Please check back on Sunday afternoon/evening to ensure there were no changes to the draw. We will do our best to make sure we limit the changes, but sometimes it's out of our control. It is your responsibility to arrive ahead of your start time.
Round two start times will be posted once all scores are in on Monday evening - please try to avoid calling the Golf Shop on Monday evening. An email will be sent to all tournament participants Monday evening once round two pairings are complete.
PRACTICE ROUNDS:
Pre-tournament practice rounds are available for a reduce rate of $45 + gst, on Sunday, May 12, 2024 only. If you are wanting to play a practice round on a different day; regular rates will apply. To set up your practice round on the 12th, please call the golf shop at 604-823-4544 x 223 after April 28th.
IN-PERSON TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION:
Tournament registration will begin at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 13th and will remain open until 1:00 PM (30 minutes prior to the Round #1 shotgun start).
Please bring cash for the following:
50/50 Draw ($20)
Gross Skin's game sales ($40 total allocated as $20 per day).
Registration will be in the Creekside Lounge prior to the start of your round (ATM on site if needed). Tee gifts will be provided at registration.
CADDIES:
Caddies are permitted at the 2024 Chilliwack Senior Men's Open.
LIVE SCORING:
For Live Scoring purposes, one player per group will be assigned to keep the group’s scores on their smart phone through the Golf Genius app. The log-in code (GGID) is a six letter code, this will be provided at registration. Use this code to log-in through the app under “GGID” and your group’s scorecard will appear on your phone. There is nominal data used (a few 100 kb’s)

It is your responsibility to review the tournament rules and conditions and print a copy for your reference. 2024 Supplemental Local Rules & Tournament Conditions will be posted soon.

TOURNAMENT FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Following round one tournament participants will be treated to a dinner banquet in the Canex Pavilion.
Following round two lunch/dinner and prizes will be available in the Creekside Lounge.
HOLE IN ONE COMPETITIONS:
You have an opportunity to win $5,000 cash on both Monday and Tuesday on Hole #12! Fingers are crossed that someone will walk away with a nice payday. Note: no auto renew policy on HIO's.

Please familiarize yourself with the CGC dress code prior to your rounds.

Max individual HDCP is 36
Partners must be within 7 strokes of each other
Golf Canada/GHIN index required
